Additionally, Digital Movers has an alliance partnership with a humanitarian organization called Medical Missions for Children. MMC is a global organization, based at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ. Their goal is to assist 100,000 critically ill children around the world per year. We are helping them achieve this through the design, implementation, and hosting of a Global Telemedicine and Learning Network. The GTLN uses leading edge Internet, satellite and computer technologies to advance the common goal of helping children in underserved communities. The impact of this capability is unprecedented. The GTLN allows for advance examination of medical records as well as the ability to link doctors and their patients in real-time for diagnosis and treatment.
